Kathy Rodriguez
My passion is real estate. I have had my license since 1977. In my past life I was in retail sales and collections. Now I feel I am what I was meant to be. I love assisting clients with buying and selling homes. In 2006 I received my broker's license. I also have an investment real estate business. I own 18 rental properties and am everyone´s favorite Landlord and Realtor®.
I am married and have four children. My husband is an engineer in Tampa. Our daughter graduated from Harvard University and our son graduated from Stanford University. Both are struggling actors and have a business tutoring movie stars children. Our oldest son and his wife own an eyewear store in Woodstock, Georgia. Our youngest is Coco, a black miniature schnauzer. Since our children are grown and out of the house, we really dote on Coco.
